What we collect
We collect invite and account identifiers, age and US-location attestations, case choices, questions, generated answers, purchase records, credit ledger entries, and limited operational events. If you use the microphone, audio is sent for transcription and is not intentionally retained by us after transcription.
AI providers
Your prompts and fictional case context may be processed by AI and media providers needed to generate text, voice, images, video, or transcription. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information.
Retention
Raw transcripts and player-specific media are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. We retain compact case summaries, account and credit records, purchase records, security logs, and records needed for legal or fraud purposes.
Analytics
Beta analytics use privacy-minimized server events. We do not intentionally send raw transcripts to session-replay or advertising analytics.
