Case credits
The beta pack costs $14.99 and contains three credits. One credit opens one complete paid case with up to eight investigation actions. Credits are not transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire while the service remains available.
When a credit is used
The server reserves a credit while preparing a case and debits it only after the case becomes playable. Repeated requests with the same request identifier do not debit another credit.
Automatic return
If an assigned case fails before it becomes playable, the credit is returned automatically. Contact support if a technical failure after opening makes the case substantially unusable.
Purchases
Purchases are one-time, not subscriptions, and are limited to US billing addresses during the beta. Taxes may be added at checkout.
